RETURN POLICY
1) FOR DRESSES
We take maximum care in quality control. If a customer is still not satisfied with the product, he/she may return the product for replacement/refund within 7 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
All items are shipped from Pakistan, therefore items must be returned to our office in Pakistan. Shipping costs incurred by gmart.pk is not refundable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the garment.
In case of custom dresses, we check all ordered dresses for the given sizes before shipping. In most cases, we are unable to simply refund the Custom Made dresses. These dresses are made for individual customers considering their specific requirements and hence are not useful for any other customer. Such dresses may be altered (if possible) to suit your needs and then shipped back to you at our expense.
All dresses are made on order. If an order is under process and is canceled by a customer after 5 days of placing the order, we would deduct 10% late order cancellation charges.
2) FOR OTHER ITEMS
Gmart always appreciates its customers and ensures a high level of customer service. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING POLICY
We use courier service and express mail service for shipment to virtually any address in the world. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 2-3 days (depending on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workload and peak periods. Gmart.pk cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
All orders are shipped from Pakistan. The delivery time is dependent on the method selected.
Shipping is calculated by weight, for the detail of worldwide shipping charges. Every effort is made to ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. All orders are shipped once the payment is received, dispatch date can also vary depending on the method of payment selected.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

We offer delivery to all parts of the world.
2) Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
We provide free delivery in Pakistan. If the order cost is less than Rs 2000 within Pakistan then customer must has to bear the delivery charges.
We use Blue-Ex to ship within Pakistan. For International Shipment we use DHL Service.
CUSTOMS/DUTIES/TAXES
When ordering goods from gmart.pk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from gmart.pk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges (about 6%) and admin charges (about 2%) for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 48 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
